Il y a une raison précise pourquoi j’ai combattu en Afghanistan, au Kurdistan et récemment en Ukraine : la foi !
Je crois dans la liberté des peuples et des humains. Il n’y a pas plus grande atteinte à cette liberté que l’usage de la violence militaire envers un peuple. Une personne de foi est d’abord une personne libre! Libre en pensées et libre en actions, jusqu’aux limites du respect de son prochain. Avoir la foi implique de croire dans la liberté. Pour un guerrier, il n’y a pas plus grand appel que celui de la défense de la liberté.
La liberté est sacrée et est selon moi inscrite à même les lois divines. C’est pourquoi, quand elle est attaquée par des groupes armés, je ressens l’obligation personnelle de faire quelque chose.

It is a very interesting post that opens up to infinite reasoning. What does it mean to be free? Certainly if we all have the same idea of freedom there would be no wars, violence, personal interests against others. For some, freedom is killing those who think differently from you, for others it is praying to a god they believe in. For some, freedom is to take away to the essential, for others to have as much as possible. Freedom is an abstract concept. Until a few months ago I would have partially approved what you wrote but now I fully approve it. I’m just sorry that few people are paying for the mistakes of so many. If only my part of the world had been smarter perhaps this would never have happened. I also apologize to those who, like you, express their concept of freedom to make up for my mistakes too. Really thank you.
